What age can my child start learning Karate?

Children can start learning Karate as early as 5 years old. Our junior programs are designed to develop focus, coordination, confidence, and respect in a fun and supportive environment.

Do I need any experience before joining?

What should I wear to my first Karate class?

New students can start with comfortable gym clothes. Once you register, you’ll receive your official Chi Combat System uniform (karate gi), designed for safety and freedom of movement.

How long does it take to earn a black belt?

The journey to a black belt depends on consistency, effort, and mastery of techniques. On average, dedicated students achieve black belt level in 4–6 years under regular training and evaluation.

Is Karate good for fitness and self-defence?
